Hope the year has been treating you well.
2011 has been an amazing journey so far. I finally took the plunge in embarking on conducting baking classes in April this year and it has been a fantastic experience. I have shared and I have learnt and in return I have met wonderful, wonderful people who have now come to be my friends more than students. This journey has truly been a blessing and I'm glad that I picked up the courage to do this.
I finally feel that I have found my inner compass. THIS is what I want to do. Money aside, there is immense joy in sharing and receiving and the sense of fulfilment keeps me going and striving for more.
Well enough of my soppy reflection for 2011. I know 2012 will be a great year. We are in the process of moving to a new home and I can finally design my house to be a cosy and perfect cove for classes. I do hope to meet all of you in our new home sometime mid next year.
Meanwhile, here are the classes for January 2012. I have included some cookie classes as Chinese New Year is just around the corner. There is also a special class on how to make pineapple tarts from scratch. Do let us know if there is anything that you would like to learn and we are happy to accommodate.
Take care and wishing you a merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
